MCP-series hydraulic cylinders

MCP-series hydraulic cylinders
Features:

- Single-acting
- Plunger diameter 25…80 mm
- Plunger stroke up to 800 mm
- Maximum working pressure up to 250 bar
- Maximum plunger speed 0,5 m/s
- Working temperature range from - 30°C up to + 80°C

"MCP" series welded hydraulic cylinders designed for hydraulic systems with maximum working pressure up to 250 bar. Hydraulic cylinders ""MCP"" series fit most applications due to their compact and reliable design.

Applications:
-Agriculture
-Municipal machines

Hydraulic cylinders "МСР" series are designed for various applications. The welded design is more difficult, but it is easier to be used in various machines and mechanisms due to its compactness, reliability and the ability to work at high pressures.
The maximum working pressure depends on the head-bush mounting design. Thus, hydraulic cylinders with the head-bush fixed on the snap ring can be operated at a rated pressure of up to 200 bar. Hydraulic cylinders with a threaded head-bush already operate at pressure up to 250 bar.

The range of standard hydraulic cylinders has the following characteristics:
1) Materials
:
- rod: steel CK45, chrome-plated, f7 Ra <0.2;
- minimum chromium thickness 25 μm;
- corrosion test 200 hours NSS ISO 9227, class 9 ISO 4540, hardness 900 HV.
- tube: seamless cold-drawn pipe, rolled H9, Ra <0.25 μm;
2) Plunger seals: compact 2-piece seal, cuff, wiper, guiding rings;
3) Marking on the tube includes the description of the hydraulic cylinder, serial number, production date.
4) Protection: primer + polyurethane enamel, RAL5005 (blue), at least 80 microns thick, with a corrosion test 240 hours.
5) All hydraulic cylinders are subjected to acceptance tests with account for the safety factor Ks = 1.5.
6) Packaging: hydraulic cylinders are supplied in cardboard boxes.
