Guarantee Obligations
The guarantee storage stability of preserved gear pumps is 12 months since their manufacture. The date of pump manufacture is specified on the pump marking.
The warranty period of gear pumps is valid for 12 months since their sale date. In case of failure of gear pumps within the warranty period the claim should be received by the body which has sold the pump.
The sale date is indicated in the User Manual which, in addition to recommendations for mounting and operation, contains a warranty card and an acceptance certificate issued by production control department. From the 1st November 2005 on, the User Manual is being fixed to each pump. The warranty card is being filled in by the body which sells the pump.
In case that the operating rules and/or storage instructions for a pump have been violated, or it has been disassembled, the claims in regard of quality should be denied.

Axial Piston Hydraulic Motors and Axial Piston Pumps
The manufacturer guarantees that axial piston pumps and motors conform to the requirements of Technical specifications provided the conditions of transportation, storage, mounting and operation are observed.
The warranty assurance of axial piston pumps and motors is valid for 12 months since their putting into operation, or it may be set by the contract concluded between the seller and the buyer.
The guarantee doesn’t cover the units which have not been mounted on a main product within 6 months since their delivery date.
