Design version «ÓÊ», «ÓÊÔ»
Gear pumps of design version ÓÊ and ÓÊÔ are safe and dependable units. They are being employed as component of hydraulic systems of tractors, agricultural and other machines. The pumps of UK design are intended for use in hydraulic systems with pressure up to 160 kg-f/cm2 and fully interchangeable with pumps ÍØ32Ó-2 and ÍØ50ÓÔ-3 so as other similar pumps of diverse producers. At the pumps "ÓÊÔ" are applied PTFE bearings, whereby their service life is extended, their longevity is enhanced. The pump design is a rather simple one enabling to prolong their serviceability. The design tricks so as developed manufacturing techniques let ensure their stable performance during the whole service life.
Design version «A»
Gear pumps of design “A” (which have got the nickname “round ones”) are intended for operation in hydraulic systems of machines which are exploited at construction plants, excavation works, under extreme climatic conditions so as under enor-mous dustiness. Minimizing of hydraulic loads on the housing parts, ensuring comfort operational conditions for sleeve bear-ings through their installation in a solid assembly unit enable pumps of design “A” to hold big hydraulic loads and have great performance figures.
Design version «Ã»
Gear Pumps of Design Group "Ã" are made with a through full-strength housing excepting an obliquity of the pump unit, that ensures steady operation during the whole service life of the pump. The pumps of the dimension-type group 3 and 4 are being used in the hydraulic systems with pressure up to 250 kg-f / cm2.
Design Version «N»
Gear Pumps of this type are developed for dimension-type groups 2, 2.5 and 3. The pump housings are manufactured of high-strength aluminum extruded profiles and equipped by PTFE-bearings. These pumps are developed for dimension-type 20…50 ccm/rev of the fifth version for hydraulic systems with the pressure up to 270 kg/c/cm². Gear Pump GP25-4 is developed with port dimensions, which refer to the gear pump PZ2-25KS produced by Hydrotor plant, Tykhola, Poland.
Design Version «M»
Gear Pump of design version “M” intended for use on hydraulic systems under pressure up to 250 kg-f/cm2. They comprise PTFE-bushings, thin brass compensators, combined housing and bearing parts. They are fully interchangeable with pumps of design groups "Ó" and "ÓÊÔ", (the only difference make joint coordinates of pipeline mounting), and, having smaller housing mass, surpass all the above mentioned units in engineering data.
Options
Multiple pumps
Possible all variants of section pumps according to the customers order. Technical characteristics, shaft options and flange options of one and multiple sections are identical for both types. Rotation speed of power shaft for multiple section pumps is rated by the section with minimum rotation speed. Maximum pressure of each section should be coordinated with the manufacturer. Tandems are possible for one and different groups as well.
