Nowadays Hydrosila, JSC produces the whole quantity of gear pumps and axial-piston units in swashplate design more than other manufacturers of the same products (among the C.I.S. countries) taken together. 89% of the products manufactured by Hydrosila, JSC is exported. 29% of the whole output volume is supplied for plants manufacturing mobile technique, 71% is used as spare parts for exploitation.
The top line in the list of consumers belongs to Russia. In 2007 our supplies to Russia averages 51% of the whole capacity, the second place is Belarus, and the third place is China.
The largest consumers of hydrostatic transmitions produced by Hydrosila, JSC in Russia are harvesters plant "Rostselmash" and truck mixers plant KOMZ EXPORT and in Belarus Gomel plant of farm machines.
Hydrosila, JSC has longterm partnership with Cheboksary industrial tractors plant. At the beginning of 70th there was designed heavy industrial tractor T-300. For attached implements hydrosystem of this tractor Kirovograd tractor hydraulic units plant (nowadays Hydrosila, JSC) designed and introduced a special new gear pump 250ccm displacement and rated pressure 160 bar. That was the beginning of new design the so called "A" design.
In 2007 there was supplied more than 125 thousand gear pumps for different belorussian factories. The largest customers in Belarus are well-known machinebuilding plants: Minsk tractor plant, Minsk automobile plant and Belorussian auto plant (BelAZ).
All in all Hydrosila, JSC supplies hydraulic units for assemblying to more than 50 machinebuilding companies all over Ukraine, C.I.S. countries and foreign factories.
Among the customers - Cheboksary, Volgograd, Altay, Petersburg, Onezsky tractor plants,, "Rostselmash" harvester plant, Krasnoyarsk harvester plant, "Dormashina", "Brianskij Arsenal“, "Altaydisel", rollers plant "Raskat", KOMZ-export, PRYP MAZ, "BelAZ" truck plant, "Gomselmash" harvester plant, "Mohilevsky truck plant, assembly plants in Poland: "Pronar", "Farmer", "Polmark", tractor plant in Iran "Iran Traktor Manufacturing Co", harvester plant "Agroindustrial San Vicente" and mixer truck plant "Indumix" in Argentina, loaders factory in Mexico and many other companies, manufacturers of agricultural technique and truck plants.
Export destinations also include Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Greece, Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, Slovakia, Bulgary, Hungary, Poland, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Syria and Egypt.
Nowadays a wide net of our representatives and service centers functions in 52 countries and in all regions of C.I.S countries.
