Hydrosila TETIS, Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders.

The first cylinder was produced in 1959 (that time it was Melitopol Tractor Hydraulic Units Plant). It’s already 50 years the plant produces hydraulic cylinders, which are implied on road-building, municipal, agricultural and other machines and equipment. For production of cylinders is used modern equipment, such as machining centers Kovosvit, welding equipment Contarini, drum saws Everising and others.

Each hydraulic cylinder is tested before it is sold. Today Hydrosila Tetis produces bi-directional piston cylinders, plunger and special hydraulic cylinders, which are implied on agricultural, road-building, municipal and other machines and equipment.

Cylinders are manufactured of different specifications and frame sizes:

• piston cylinders – with piston diameter 40, 50, 63, 75, 80, 100, 110, 125 mm, rod 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 56 mm and piston stroke from 50 to 100 mm.
• plunger cylinders – plunger diameter 32, 36, 40, 63, 80 mm and plunger stroke from 100 to 500 mm

Any kind of cylinders can be produced according to customers’ drawings.

Hydraulic cylinders are rated for work in hydraulic systems with pressure 160 up to 300 bar.

Working fluid – mineral oils with kinematic viscosity 8-2000 cCm.

In our cylinders we use sealing elements of leading world companies such as Simrit, Busak-Shamban, Guardex.

Nowadays hydraulic cylinders by Hydrosila are known not only in CIS countries, but in Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Latvia, Litva, Estonia, Vietnam, Pakistan and other countries.
