Satisfaction of market needs in providing hydraulic units for mobile machines and other equipment via designing and manufacturing them, making use of high-performance technologies, highly skilled personnel, based on development of company traditions in the spheres of innovations, quality, corporate culture and mutual relations.
Assist in creating, manufacturing and promotion of machines rich in hydraulics.

The Company

Nowadays Hydrosila GROUP, JSC is the largest manufacturer of hydraulic units and components at the territory of C.I.S. and Baltic countries.

Hydrosila GROUP is formed of 5 factories located in Ukraine:

• Hydrosila, JSC – gear pumps designing and manufacturing.
• Hydrosila APM, Private Joint Company – axial-piston units and spare parts designing and manufacturing.
• Hydrosila MZTG, JSC – hydraulic control valves designing and manufacturing.
• Hydrosila TETIS, Ltd. – hydraulic cylinders designing and manufacturing.
• Hydrosila LEDA, JSC – high pressure hoses designing and manufacturing.

Nowadays nearly 4000 people are employeed at the factories of Hydrosila GROUP.

COMPANY STRUCTURE

History

History of Hydrosila GROUP started in 1994 when Hydrocomplekt was founded. Those times personnel counted 15 persons.

1996 the company purchased warehousing of the whole space 1.8 ha.

1999 was founded Kirovograd Industrial Company, JSC Kirovograd, Ukraine. The same year was founded distributing company Belgorod Industrial Company, JSC Belgorod, Russian Federation

2000 was founded distributing company in Moscow, Russian Federation Central Industrial Company, JSC.

2001 was finished acquisition of majority interest of the factory Hydrosila.

2002 acquisition of majority interest of the factory Chervona Zirka.
The same year were established two distributing companies in Minsk, Belarus “Technocomplekt – M” and Batajsk, Russian Federation “Batajsk Industrial Company”.

2003 in Kirovograd, Ukraine was established Soujuzgidravlika, JSC, nowadays is renamed to Hydrosila LEDA.
That year were established Trade House “Hydrosila” and Trade House “Chervona Zirka” (nowadays both renamed to Sales Company Hydrosila and Sales Company Chervona Zirka)

2004 established distributing company Technical Center “Chervona Zirka”, Astana, Kazachstan

2006 purchased majority interest of factory Melitopol Tractor Hydraulic Units Plant, (MZTG) manufacturer of hydraulic control valves and hydraulic cylinders, located in Melitopol, Ukraine.

2008 two main manufacturing branches are splited into separate companies: Hydrosila GROUP and Elvorti GROUP.
The same year factory MZTG was renamed to Hydrosila MZTG and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders was sestablished as separate factory named Hydrosila TETIS.

2009 manufacturing of axial-piston units was organized as separate factory out of Hydrosila and named Hydrosila APM, Private JSC.
